Successful MPCC 2011

Finishing with a record breaking 308 entrants and $5,553,856 prize money, Pokerstars Macau at the Casino Grand Lisboa once again delivers a world-class poker event. And who would have thought that 3 years ago only 33 players sat down to participate when it first started, since then Pokerstars Macau never looked back. The numbers are always uphill, almost breaking records every event.

I remember the first time I set foot inside Pokerstars Macau; It was such an unexplainable feeling but more on a positive side. What would it be? Is it the luxurious surroundings? The friendly poker players who seem to know each other or the hospitality and friendliness of Pokerstars Macau team? I can pretty much say all of the above. I guess this kind of positive surroundings makes you want to go back every event they have and this I assume are the same thing for poker players. Personally I would say, Aside from the coveted title and well runned tournaments, the fun and friendly yet luxurious surroundings of Pokerstars Macau are the contributing factors for it’s success.

I am so happy to see the successful turn out of MPCC 2011 but it breaks me not being able to shoot and document the whole event. I’ve always wanted to be in the place where poker history unfolds. Shoot and shoot and let the photographs speak for itself. I just hope to be there when the next record breaking history for Pokerstars Macau unfolds.

Congrats to the whole Pokerstars Macau team for delivering another world class Poker Event also to all the players who participated in this record breaking event.
